The Jobu Design FB-TM2 Topmount Flash Bracket is for use with standard topmount-type gimbal heads and ballheads. This bracket attaches via its spring-loaded Arca-type quick release clamp. A "double-dovetail" plate is required to connect this bracket to the head. Many of the newer mounting plates feature this double connection design (e.g. Surefoot plates, RRS, Kirk, Wimberley, etc.).
The FB-TM2 positions most flashes at approximately 12" from the center of the lens. The bracket features a rubberized grip, which provides a more comfortable place to hold the bracket while positioning.
Note! Flash shoe not compatible with Nikon SC-29 cord
