Comments about ARM Electronics SDKBD3 Full Function Keyboard w/3-Axis Joystick:
I am using this keyboard with 2 pelco-d cameras and a G4-RTA dvr. The one con about this keyboard is the documentation is hardly comprehensive, and neither is the documentation for my DVR. I know there is a way to control the DVR from the keyboard with rs232 but the proper setup still eludes me. I ended up just wiring all the camera leads directly to rs485 out connector from the keyboard. This bypasses my DVR, but it allows me to control the cameras independently from the DVR. Control is smooth and responsive and the multi speed function of the joystick works great. Once the unit is set up it is very intuitive and easy to use. I had to use a multimeter to find out the control voltage/polarity for connecting the cameras, but its more likely due to my setup than the design of the keyboard. I have looked into a number of other keyboards and I think this one is by far the best unit on the market.
