The ARM Electronics BW70RVSYS presents a comprehensive solution for vehicles that frequently need to back up without the aid of a rear view mirror. This is the type of system commonly seen in package delivery trucks, tractor trailers and airport shuttle buses. The system consists of a camera that installs on the rear of the vehicle and a 7" B/W LCD monitor, which is placed inside the vehicle where the driver can easily see it.
The camera part of the system is housed in a rugged casing, so you can safely operate it outdoors in various weather and vibrating conditions. Furthermore, with its array of high intensity IR LEDs, the camera will also provide you with visible images even in the dark. For expansion purposes, you can add a second camera to this system, and use the monitor to switch between the two camera views.
