I was traveling and had forgotten my battery charger. Do I buy a battery charger and miss some great shots, until I can get my batteries charged, or do I buy a battery? The Canon replacement battery did not come with a charge, but the Pearstone battery did. I bought the Pearstone and got my shots! That is happiness for someone on a special trip!

Bought this as a spare battery for our Canon SD 1200 IS. Having only one battery can leave you in a lurch when you want to shoot family photos or video, but you find your battery needs to be charged, so....I got this battery as a spare so we can alternate. Works great, fits perfectly and is much less expensive than the Canon battery.

Powershot S95 is not known for a long battery life. Having a spare battery is a must.

I use this as a spare for battery for my S95. Fits the supplied Canon battery charger. Does not have as much battery capacity as the Canon NB-6L; but half the price.

This battery is a good value. It does not last as long as the OEM battery, but it's also a lot less expensive.

easy to take with you, very light and much cheaper than canon one and same quality, first i was worry about i can not take more picture like the original battery, but it works very great

I got this battery pack for my Canon S95 because it runs out of power so quickly. I had it only for about a week, but so far I don't see any difference in performance compared to genuine Canon product.

This battery was a great deal. An off brand battery at a big name electronics store cost me more than double. It's too early to tell yet, but if it retains the charge as well as the other brands-I will gladly purchase it again.

So far I'm pleased with this replacement battery. Way cheaper than the Canon one and I can't see i'm seeing a lot of difference in number of pictures took with this battery compared to the Canon one.

Totally worthwhile backup/replacement battery. Would like longer life, but this is identical to the Canon battery at half the price.

I ordered two of these batteries and one was DOA.[...] I think these are good backup batteries but I wouldn't put them in the same league as the OEM Canon NB-6L batteries. You get what you pay for.
