Manfrotto 3372 - Lightweight Pro Light Stand - Black, 7' (2.1m)
This Bogen/Manfrotto 3372 black air cushioned aluminum stand will hold a small light fixture or reflector. It is best suited for location work, since it weighs less than 3 lbs. It rises to a maximum height of 7' 2" (2.1 m).

Excellent for location shoots, because it is strong, compact, air cushioned, and lightweight. I use it in combinations with Elinchrom D Lite 2s and Bowen Travelite 125s to support medium soft boxes for location shoots. It is far superior to other lightweight stands I have used in the passed.

I use this primarily for my umbrella/hot shoe flash set-up. However, it'll probably be used for my ABs once I get them.
Though the B&H website states this model (5051BAC) as not being air cushioned, the one I have is air cushioned.
Only thing I would change, is I'd wish the closed length could be a little shorter.
