Comments about Domke F-10 JD Medium Shoulder Bag (Olive):
Great little bag for my daily trip to and from my studio, or for a day out with the family where I just want a small bag for just a few essentials. No room for a 1 series body, but that lives at the studio, my 5dmkII with a 50 1.2L and my fuji x-100 fit nicely inside. Room for a couple of batteries in the flap pocket, and in the roomy front pocket I have memorycards and there is even room for my little Fuji Klasse-W and a spare roll of film or two. Doesnt scream out camera bag either.
Well built as are all Domke bags.

Comments about Domke F-10 JD Medium Shoulder Bag (Olive):
I like the low tech, WWII army looks of the bag, but I would call it small instead of medium. I can fit my dslr (d200) with a good sized zoom on it (nikon 18-200) but that is about it in the main compartment. You might could fit a stobe in there as well, but it would be tight. Don't expect to be able to put more than one lens in though.
The outter pocket is pleny big for lens caps, spare battery, memory cards, etc.

I carry my LUMIX GH1 in this bag: room for an additional lens, extra battery pack, side pockets great for day travel, weight is comfortable, olive color is unobtrusive, has a sturdy clasp, as well as a strong Velcro strip closure.

Comments about Domke F-10 JD Medium Shoulder Bag (Olive):
I bought this to carry my entire Micro 4/3 kit: GF1, kit zoom, Novoflex adapter, Maxxum 35-105 and Maxxum 50/2.8 macro. All fits easily and there is still room for the 7-14 or 9-18 that I plan to buy soon. The front pocket takes all the little stuff easily - cable release, xtra card, QR plate, spare battery, CP filter. Inside there's even enough room for my P&S Lumix FX580. I am a Domke believer since I bought my F-2 many years ago - it's still going strong but it's far too big. If you like Domke looks and appreciate their quality, this delivers.

Comments about Domke F-10 JD Medium Shoulder Bag (Olive):
Fits my Canon 40D with a 24-105mm lens, but no extra lenses; room in the outside pockets for filters and a battery charger. Perfect for quick day trips or flights when you have limited room. I use this when the F2 is just a bit too much/heavy. Quality is never in question with Domke, I'd be happier if it was just a tiny bit bigger ~ I'd love to have room for my 50mm prime.

Comments about Domke F-10 JD Medium Shoulder Bag (Olive):
Purchased to downsize from a backpack bag, which took too long to retrieve my camera (Nikon D80)from. It's a bit smaller than described in other comments, but the main compartment holds the camera with lens in a face up position, and Nikon speedlight in the other. Lots of room in the bag pockets for accessories (remote, charger, cables, spare battery, memory cards, etc.). Be sure to order the accessory shoulder pad, the bag strap is not comfortable without it if you have a camera and accessories with some weight.

Comments about Domke F-10 JD Medium Shoulder Bag (Olive):
I bought this bag to take on a road trip around the west coast. It fits perfectly a DSLR body and two lenses, plus some other small things (like my wallet, some cords, extra batteries, memory cards).
I love the army look of this bag. I contemplated getting a larger one to accomodate more things and to function as a larger carry-on bag for airplane travel. But this size of this was perfect and discrete for just walking around. It's not a giant, obvious camera bag, although if you want to bring along more equipment you would need to size up.
I would definitely buy another Domke bag, they seem to be quite well built. This bag has several compartments, which are nice, but the only complaint I have is that the zipper pocket on the inside of the top flap would be perfect for storing memory cards, but it's very difficult to access the pocket while wearing the bag without its contents falling out. Otherwise, I am totally happy with the bag.

Comments about Domke F-10 JD Medium Shoulder Bag (Olive):
I was looking for a camera bag small enough to bring with me anywhere/anytime, large enough to hold more than just an SLR with a lens. This bag is just right...
Here is what I can fit into the large compartment: D90 w/18-105 attached, SB-600 speedlight, either 70-300 or 105 macro. You can also put the speedlight in the front pocket and the extra two lenses in the large compartment. Enough room for a spare battery, a couple of filters, other small items. Sounds like the bag would be huge, but honestly it looks extremely small.
As for quality of craftsmanship, it is outstanding. The canvas seems extremely durable. It is well padded, both on the sides and bottom.
If I was buying again, I would probably go with the black color. The olive is OK, but the black would certainly be more discreet.
This is a fantastic buy, you will not be disappointed!
