Pearstone Quick Release Plate for VT-2000/2100
The Pearstone QR-170 Quick Release Plate is a spare or replacement quick release plate for the VT-2000 or VT-2100 tripod head.
A quick release plate can be kept attached to the camera's base at all times, and allows the user to quickly and easily attach or remove the camera from the tripod without having to waste time fumbling with the threaded mount.

I use these specific quick release plates for gear mounted on my Velbon D7000 Tripod, but recently the company changed hands apparently and now the products are being sold under the brand name Pearstone. These plates are even improved with an easier to tighten attachment bolt. I called B&H and their knowledgeable and friendly service technician was able to assure me that this new name change for these products would fit my current Velbon Tripod. Way to go B&H! I rely on you for quick and easy information that is accurate and helps me pursue photography more efficiently and enjoyably. Thank You B&H!
