The Squeeze 5 for Flash Pro Software for Mac and Windows from Sorenson Media is a video compression software suite for Mac OS X and Windows. Squeeze allows you to compress video into the popular Flash FLV and SWF formats for web streaming. This cross-platform solution is an excellent tool for compressing video for almost any output medium. The Mac version is a Universal Binary application that will run natively on both Power PC and Intel CPUs.
