The Squeeze 5 Pro Video Compression Software for Mac from Sorenson Media is a video compression software suite for Mac OS X. Squeeze allows you to compress video using a wide variety of compression codecs and file formats. It is a Universal Binary application that will run natively on both Power PC and Intel CPUs.

Ease of Use
You'll be amazed at how easy Squeeze is to use. Simply load a file, select an output format and preset and press "Squeeze It." Squeeze helps to take the headaches out of video compression.
High Quality Compression
Squeeze offers a variety of compression and encoding options to help produce video files with optimum video quality. Squeeze gives you several filtering options, including audio normalization, contrast and brightness adjustment, video deinterlacing, video fades, telecine removal, video noise reduction and white/black level adjustment that can help improve the quality of your video.
Streamlined Workflow
Squeeze features many workflow features that will help you work more efficiently. You'll be able to view Flash FLV movies directly in the program, adjust source pixel aspect ratios, burn DVDs, create batch jobs, directly capture DV video and much more. These features will let you get your work done in Squeeze without having to bring video in and out of other applications.
Intuitive Interface
Squeeze features an intuitive user interface that allows you to easily work with your video. You can save projects and settings, customize the interface layout, preview filters and more. You'll feel right at home working with your video in Squeeze.
Plug-ins and Extras
In addition to Squeeze, this bundle includes several plug-ins that add functionality to the software. These include the On2 VP6 Pro encoder, the Telestream Flip4Mac WMV encoder, and Bias SoundSoap. A training DVD, hosted by Nate Caplin, is also included.
