I purchased this headset to chat with friends on Skype. Word of warning....you need to play around with your settings to rid the headset of static, especially if you are using a wireless mouse at the same time (the frequencies co-mingled.) Interestingly enough, both my wireless mouse and the headset are Logitech products, and there was no information included with the headset how to address this problem. I had to do a good bit of research online to find a cure. However, once I found the cure, this headset is the best I've used thus far. It's very comfortable and easy to use. It has good sound quality, and everyone I chat with says the mic is incredible & crystal clear.

Unfortunatelly, the left speaker in the headset is intermittent, and of course the microphone is not designed properly to pick up the sound out of your mouth, other than thowe two things, they are a great set. [...] Also the volume control should be in a different spot as if you lay on the side the control is on it adjusts itself to whatever it wants.

The microphone arm is a little jiggly, a company as big as Logitech should have used a micro USB connector instead of their own easy-to-break-plug. The worst part is that there is no saying that it only has american plug and not a interchangeable plug.

I use it for voice chat. It is good to have the headset wireless, because you can wander around and do other stuff while you're chatting. The battery life is ok for me and only needs to be charged every several days. The only complain is that my ears don't feel very comfortable when I'm wearing it.

This product is incredibly easy to set up/configure - it literally takes about 30 seconds. I love how comfortable the earphones are and how easy to adjust this is. I use my phone everyday, for most of the day, and the battery seems to hold for quite a while as well.

Product was easy to install, however the point was to be able to move around the house while in calls. I couldn't even make it to the bathroom without dropping the call, much less to the front door to let the dog out. We have a small 1800 sq ft house. This pretty much rendered it useless.

If you are an audiophile keep looking but, if you are looking for a really nice all around headset you can stop looking. The sound is typical LogiTech, very nice but, not fabulous. The range I am getting is at least the 33ft advertised. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and have already recommended them to a friend.

i use this headset every day from online gameing to voice chatting over the internet and its pretty good.
what i like about this mic that its not way over priced here at B&H and its allot liter then it looks.I have not seen any problem with the battery life,i use it and when im done i charge it. The only thing i realy dont like about this headset is that the mic is on the left side and it cant be moved to the right other then that this is a great mic for a great price here at B&H

I bought this after many good reviews to use in Afghanistan. It has never fully charged since out of the box. It is constantly beeping in my ears. When it beeps I cannot hear my caller and I lose the ability to hear myself talk so I sound muffled. When it works it works great, when it does not it is very disapointing.

As a loyal Logitech person for many years, this headset will go down as another good peripheral in my book. Works "automatically" and up to the 30' specified. I haven't tested the limit on that distance, but certainly stays connected across a large basement office.
Mute button (and visible red light) feature is nice. I use this to make Skype calls all day at my workstation.
