The SureFire 6P Defender Flashlight is a compact high-intensity LED illumination tool for tactical, self-defense, and general use. While the 6P LED Defender features the same 120 lumen beam as the original 6P LED, this version is configured with a crenellated Strike Bezel for enhanced self-defense capabilities.
There is a huge tactical advantage of being able to stun shock or temporarily blind and disorient a person by impairing their night vision. This tiny yet powerful flashlight delivers a smooth, brilliant, prefocused beam that is significantly brighter than conventional flashlights. This is a true system type light, with many accessories and options that enhance its ability to suit mission specific requirements. Its small size and high output make it an excellent everyday carry light.

- Hard-anodized aluminum body resists corrosion and it's O-ring/gasket sealed for weatherproof performance. Textured knurling provides enhanced gripability
- Crenellated Strike Bezel provides enhanced self-defense options, accepts SureFire's 1.25" accessory filters and protective cover
- Tail cap switch: press for momentary-on, click for constant-on. Lockout option prevents accidental activation during transport or storage

Be careful - you'll see law enforcement shining these at suspects on TV for a reason. The light can disorient you, so I suggest you don't let your kids play with it (voice of experience). Small enough to have with you whenever you need it, bright enough to light the way for snowblowing at night. I hope I never need to use the crenelated bezel, but it looks well made for its intended purpose.
