Why have four different dome cameras when you can have a single dome enclosure containing four cameras? The Clover Electronics DQ200 consists of 4 B/W cameras and a quad splitter contained inside a single dome capsule. By adjusting each camera to point in a different direction, a single dome unit can be used to cover an area normally requiring the installation of four separate dome cameras, making it a significant time and cost saver. Limiting installation to a solitary dome unit also helps in maintaining a discreet appearance, an important factor in retail, office and similar sensitive commercial security environments.
- Quad Processor with Wired Remote
- Built into the dome is a quad video processor, allowing images from all 4 cameras to be displayed simultaneously on a single monitor in a quad format, without the need for an auxiliary multiplexer or DVR. Users can also choose to view cameras in full screen one at a time, either by selecting a camera manually or by programming the unit to auto switch between cameras at regular intervals. All these functions can be conveniently accessed from a distance using the supplied wired remote control.
