I had been going back and forth on whether or not I wanted this bag. My mom was getting me one for Christmas. A lot of reviews I had read said it was too big (as in the straps didn't cinch down enough) and that it flopped around on smaller framed people. After going back and forth and not finding anything I liked as much as this bag, I ended up deciding to tell my mom to get me the Lowepro Inverse 200. I figured if I didn't like it, I could just send it back. That's not going to happen. I LOVE it. I haven't used it on an actual shoot yet, but I filled it up with what I'll probably be carrying on a normal shoot, including 2 extra lenses, my flash, and some other basic accessories such as batteries, filters and memory cards, and walked around the house with it. It barely filled half the bag. With my camera in there, there was still a bit of room left over.I don't know what people were talking about with it being too big/loose. I was able to tighten it up with lots of room to go smaller, with both the waist and shoulder straps. If I ever have a problem with the straps slipping, I'll just buy safety pins and pin it in place. I did have to put the plastic pieces of the shoulder strap up under the shoulder pad to make the shoulder strap shorter, but its no big deal. It doesn't sag (at least for the time I had it on) and has a TON of room... more than I need actually. I almost considered exchanging it for a 100 because it is SO BIG, but the difference in size is only 2 inches.I LOVE where it sits. I can rest my arm on it to steady for a shot if I need to and it's easy to spin to the front, side or back even with the shoulder strap on. I also love that it has the all weather cover, as i live in Michigan and the weather here is like Jennifer Aniston's hair... always changing. We also have a lot of beaches where I'll be shooting locations and weddings, so having the cover will be nice.Pros:-Price - Even at full price of [$] its worth it.-Room - It's HUGE. I have room for all the stuff I need and then some.. when I can get the 24-70 lens and battery pack for my flash, I'll still have room to spare.-Waist AND shoulder strap - Makes it very versatile and helps to keep it up where it belongs-Water bottle holders - I can easily fit my nalgene green bottle in it, which is a bit smaller than a liter sized bottle-Memory card pockets in the top flap for easy access. I haven't tried it, but I bet I could fit a battery in one if I wanted.-It sits at just the right spot to use to steady my arm while taking a shot.Cons:-I have to take my memory cards out of their cases to put them in the pockets, they need to be just a touch wider. I'm OCD and having the cards out of their cases drives me nuts.-The top flap is made to be able to pull open with 1 hand (it has a finger pull loop at the end of it). This is awesome. However, I wish it closed just as easily/quickly. It has 2 zippers that each have to be closed separately. I ended up threading an old point and shoot camera strap through the zippers to make a handle that connected the two so that I can close the bag just as quickly as I open it.Overall I would recommend this bag if you don't mind its size. It can be an advantage and a disadvantage. but really its not any larger than the regular camera bag I was carrying around before, and with the waist strap it doesn't flop around or fall off the shoulder like a regular camera bag would.

Comments about Lowepro Inverse 200 AW Beltpack (Leaf Green with Black Trim):
I purchased the Inverse 200 to replace the Photo Runner, an older design by Lowepro. The Photo Runner was a great concept, but didn't really work as well as I thought it would.
The design of the Inverse 200 is simply superb - much better than the Photo Runner. The lumbar support, waist strap and stabilizing straps make it very comfortable to wear all day long.
I use this bag primarily for hiking while photographing wildlife. While I love backpacks, it was a nuisance to take the pack off every time I needed something.
When the dividers are removed, I can carry an impressive amount of gear. Here is what it can hold:
-Canon Xti with 100-400 attached
-Panasonic G1
-External Flash (in left-hand mesh pocket)
-27 oz water bottle (in right-hand mesh pocket)
-Memory cards, spare batteries (in zippered pocket)
-Small first-aid kit, memo book, energy bar (in middle compartment)
-Bear spray (attached to waist belt
-Rain jacket (attached to bottom of pack)
Now, when I am out in the field, I am usually shouldering my tripod with the Xti and 100-400. In the bag's main compartment I usually have my G1 and 105 macro. It is a very light combination and if I need anything, I can just swing it around and easily access it.
This bag also works great as a shoulder bag with the included strap. When I am walking around town, my G1 and 45-200 lens easily fits inside with room to spare.
All in all, this is the bag that I have been looking for. I have yet to use the all-weather cover. I have been out in light rain, and the bag's exterior fabric kept the inside contents nice and dry.

I hike and travel a lot so my bag gets a ton of use. I like the fact that I can carry my camera with the battery grip and a lens already attached, ready and waiting for me to take pictures at any time. There is also plenty of room for any accessories that I might want to take with me including an extra lens.

I love that you are able to use it with a strap as well.

As a photojournalist (and camera bag junkie) I've been waiting for the perfect strap-on and run bag and now I own it! Roomy enough for the essentials without being bulky so I can still do all the grunt/ground work without a cumbersome bag being a hinderance. Easy-access pockets for notebooks/pens/phones/recorders, etc. with additional zippered pockets for keeping items secure. PLUS: protective padding and weather protection. PERFECT!!

I do not always want, or have the ability to, carry my full StealthPro bag. This is a very functional hipsack that can really be loaded up with gear. I carry a Nikon D60 with 24-105 easily, which allows for space on either side for smaller camera, lenses, flash, or photoviewer. The true beauty of this pack is a return to Lowepro's backing roots; as a back/hip bag, it snugs down and has multiple adjustments to keep the bag tight and riding correctly on this hips. Good padding and rides high on the hips; good ventilation on the backpad. Overall, great value for what you get. I am truly amazed at how much you can fit in the bag.

I use the bag for hobby and travel. It has plenty of room for my D.S.L.R. and 2 lens,+ accessories. It has two small pouches for media cards. Wish it had a larger compartment for those or one for filters.

I wanted a bag for D300 and 1-2 lenses. This works really well. Fits D300 with 17-55 and a 70-300 and an SB-600 on
the sides. Protects it all when walking or in the car then I can wear it waist pack style when walking and be able to change lenses standing.
