The Azden 325-Series Dual-Channel Wireless Microphone System is a portable, wireless microphone system designed for camera mount applications. At the heart of the system is the camera-mountable 325UPR dual-channel receiver, capable of receiving signals from two transmitters simultaneously. The systems are packaged with two transmitters and this system features the 325UPR and two 35BT beltpack transmitters with lavalier microphones.
The 325UPR receiver is capable of dual-channel operation over the 566.125 - 589.876MHz UHF band. There are 188 user selectable frequencies to choose from and a digital LCD display provides access to all the receivers functions. A removable shoe-mount enables easy mounting onto video cameras. Two 1/8" mini output connectors provide a main output and headphone monitoring output. The 325UPR is powered with two AA alkaline batteries.
Both of the 35BT beltpacks include the EX-503 lavalier microphone. Two lavalier microphones may be used to capture actors, presenters, one-on-one interviews, etc. Just like the receiver, both transmitters feature 188 selectable UHF frequencies, feature LCD displays and operate on two AA alkaline batteries.
The Azden 325-series is an ideal cost-effective camera mountable wireless package that features the flexibility of dual-channel operation.

Been looking for a dual wireless system. Some sales people out there told me it did not exist. Well they were wrong. Good price, good quality

Excellent product. Comes with a carry case. Produces good audio. Designed with wedding videography in mind, but can be adapted to many mic/soundboard variations. Not too heavy. Feels well constructed. Compared with similar products, it is a good value.

I'm a new user of the Dual-channel Portable Wireless Microphone Combo System by Azden. The sound comes across extremely clear although be extremely careful when using both simultanously because they will pick up static.

My wife and I run a small video service for weddings. This equipment has made a huge impact on the quality audio that had, on ocassion, been spotty. No more missed or dropped vocals at the worst times.

Comments about Azden 325ULT Dual-Channel Portable Wireless Microphone System:
As a long time Azden user I was looking forward to trying this dual channel unit. Unfortunately their false claim of dual-use channel operation has spoiled my good opinion of their company. After about 10-30 minutes of use, the left channel starts buzzing and then cuts out. Shortly thereafter, the right channel cuts out too unless you switch off the left. So, in short, it's a pair of one-channel mics in one box which can only be used one at a time.
My advice to Azden is to abandon this dog before they completely ruin their reputation.

Comments about Azden 325ULT Dual-Channel Portable Wireless Microphone System:
I have been shooting weddings for 7 years and I use the Sony lavalier system. I bought this system for the dual microphone capability. I had nothing but trouble from day one. I get bursts of static just before the mic cuts out. I get no audio for a while than audio comes back. It last for 10 seconds than the cycle happens all over again. When I test the mics out before the event they work great. Once the mics are on the minister and groom they are fine, when the event starts (when you can't do anything) is when it all happens. I used this system for 7 events and all of them, same problem. I tried changing frequencies and that doesn't help. I just had an event yesterday and I noticed that the screw for the mic jack was loose, so I tightened it hoping that was the problem but I still got the same problem. I will see if I can return this system and get two Sony systems instead. It will cost more but well worth it. I had to rate it a one star because they wouldn't let me leave it blank.

Comments about Azden 325ULT Dual-Channel Portable Wireless Microphone System:
As soon as the mike system arrived I popped in some batteries and tried it. It worked fine in the studio.
The next week it tried it on a location shoot outdoors. I got this horrendous noise when I attached the audio cable from the receiver to the Sony PD-170. I could not use the mike system at all. The on camera light also seemed to make the noise worse.
I have another single channel Azden mike that I have used for years and has always performed perfectly. I suspect this new double mike system will work well when I get another cable.

Comments about Azden 325ULT Dual-Channel Portable Wireless Microphone System:
These units work as advertised. They are great for my video interviews. I'm video taping tutoring sessions to help train tutors, so mike both people and get great audio. The results are very good.
There is occasional static, but these are electronic devices in a signal-rich environment
