Kodak EasyShare C813 Digital Camera (Blister Pack)

The Kodak EasyShare C813 Digital Camera provides 8.2 megapixel of resolution, a 3x optical zoom lens, high sensitivity available up to ISO 1250, and digital image stabilization. It also uses the exclusive Kodak Color Science image processing chip for phenomenal image quality with rich color and accurate skin tones. It also has sixteen programmed scene modes (e.g., party, fireworks, children) and three color modes which help you capture the best shot with the least effort. For capturing more than just still pictures, the camera also features high-quality (VGA) video capture, playback and video action print options.
On-camera picture-enhancing features include cropping, auto picture rotation, digital red-eye reduction, and blurry picture alert. The EasyShare C813 also integrates Kodak's Share button with its 'favorites' feature for storing multiple pictures in an on-camera digital photo album. Each picture can then be shared anytime on the camera's high-resolution LCD display.

- The Kodak AF Optical Aspheric Zoom Lens provides a 3x zoom (36 - 108mm equivalent) and is crafted by a leader in lens optics technology.

- Digital IS Anti-blur Mode
- Reduce blur caused by camera or subject movement using the anti-blur mode - it maximizes the shutter speed and aperture along with the ISO sensitivity to provide the sharpest images possible.

- Capture life in motion with continuous VGA video (640 x 480 at 10 fps), featuring audio capture and playback, and capture more video while using less memory with MPEG-4 compression. There is also a video print option to produce 4, 9, or 16 up prints capured from your video clips.

- The camera has 16MB internal memory with 10 MB available for picture storage so that you can start shooting right out of the box, plus there is a SD/MMC expansion slot for additional capacity. Furthermore, if you are using a memory card, and it becomes full you can switch to the in-camera memory quickly, thanks to the internal memory plus feature.

This is a very nice inexpensive camera. It has a
really nice in-camera "help" feature that explains the different settings you might choose.
It's going to Hawaii with me and I hope to get some great shots. It is fairly small, so if your
hands and fingers are big, I can see how it might be a bit difficult to maneuver through the settings. The display screen is a good size and there are also great settings for cropping and editing photos right in the camera. I love it!
