It has a 200-year longevity rating, as well as a proprietary ScratchArmor scratch-proof coating that protects the discs over fifty times better than typical coatings found on other optical discs.
Five discs are packaged in a high-quality archival-grade PVC-free binder designed to extend the overall lifetime of the media. Abrasive-free flapped sleeves protect each disc individually from possible scratches or contamination, and extra sleeves are provided to store a total of ten discs safely over time.
