The Gitzo GS5370LB Quick Release Plate (Medium) is a 5.6" long plate that comes supplied with two 1/4"-20 and 3/8" screws each. Having two screws available for each size provides a distinct advantage for heavy equipment or longer lenses and scopes.
This is a "B" type plate, and is compatible with GH3750QR, and GH5750QR Off-Center Ballheads, as well as the G1387B & G1385B quick release adapters.

Allows the mounting of long lenses, nice and steadily on, among other things, a big Gitzo 5750 off-centre ball head. Not much more to be said!
