The Gitzo GC5330 Monopod Holster (black) is a comfortable, lightweight and very quick-to-use carrying solution for a Gitzo series 1-5 monopod. It is intended to be operated by one hand only and holds the pod safely in place. The paddle on the back guarantees a perfect and strong connection to a belt in any condition of use. The top part is rubberized to maximize the grip and hold the equipment more safely. It has an adjustable strap to fit the different sizes of tripods and monopods. It has an anchoring point that allows steady support of the equipment directly on the body, also on the move and without opening the legs completely.

Comments about Gitzo GC5330 Monopod Holster:
I use this with my canon monopod with my DSLR mostly for video.
It is a great accessory for my monopod. Makes it easy to carry, gives my monopod easier variations of placement and ability to hold (it replaces holding my monopod under my arm pit if doing moving shots).
It is nice and tight and easily buckled.
(I would recommend wearing nicely fitted pants or belt while using it.)
It's an overall great product, definitely recommend!

Comments about Gitzo GC5330 Monopod Holster:
This thing proved its worth at a weekend of shooting at a softball tournament. With most of the fields surrounded by six foot fences and located far from the parking lots lugging a 400/2.8 with camera and a small step ladder for height, this allowed me to carry the monopod on my belt. It holds it securely but releases it quickly.
I'm sure there will be many other applications for me to use it in the future.
