Bought this product for academic lectures and related events as many speakers have requested one in the past. The gig light works great as a podium light. Versatile as it can be clipped on a thin podium edge or set down on the podium itself for more control. The light is brighter than we expected, but that's LED for you. Wish it came with a power adapter, but other than that I'd highly recommend it!

Was disappointed when I first turned it on, but after I replaced the batteries that were supplied with the light, I was quite pleased. Compact and powerful. Would not be surprised if the clip broke sometime in the future, otherwise the lamp seemed very well designed.
