Interfit 750-X Two Floodlight Umbrella Kit
This is an Interfit 750-X Two Floodlight Umbrella Kit, built for long life and reliable service. Stellar tungsten units have tough aluminum bodies. The three 250W lamps are color balanced to 3200° K.
The Stellar Tungsten units feature "S"-type bayonet fittings enabling the use of Stellar light modification accessories such as softboxes, or a beauty dish for portraits and fashion images. The use of honeycomb grids, color gels and snoots is not recommended as these will shorten the life of the lamps. Interfit recommends the use of 400 ISO when using continuous lighting.

My wife uses this for shooting photos of our daughter in her very small studio. I used it for a short film I shot last week in a radio studio. Odviously the light is more noticeable in a small room painted white(small studio) BUT I think it preformed very nicely for the shoot as well, for direct character lighting. If I had two more then I would have used them for background lighting as because of the adjustable settings of lighting. Overall this is really good for under $300. Also the bag that came with it is very useful and protective. Kind of a pain to get the vlcro lined padding in the bag because the velcro keeps snagging on the sides but it is a very minor complaint.

I was so excited to be getting my first set of studio gear. I planned all the different exciting things to do with them and when they arrived I did just that.
For about 3 weeks..
One of the lights burnt out after like a few uses and now I am back here having to contact BnH... waiting.. then probably having to send the light back.. then waiting for them to receive it and send a replacement back to me.
I guess I will be nice and rate it 1 star since I got to use it for a few weeks. Selling stuff that works for a few weeks just isn't fun for the customer. Hopefully they make it right and then some. Maybe I'll get some magic glitter for free... OH MY GOSH, YES!!

I'm using these lights to shoot home videos and couldn't be happier. Setting them up was super easy, they make my videos look professional (finally) and they don't get too hot in a small room.
I love that I can choose between using between 1 and 3 lights. The only downside I have found is that the lights can be a bit overwhelming in a small room. If you have white walls, they will reflect all over the place, which makes it difficult to do subtle lighting.
Other than that, I'm very pleased with them, and even that one little problem hasn't really effected the quality of my videos.

I use the kit for a home studio, doing photos of the kids and of the other relatives. Because this sets up and breaks down easily, it is perfect for that use. It is very portable too, so I plan to haul it on trips to visit relatives. It has allowed me to take portrait photos that have been real hits.

Bought this as a gift for our video making daughter based on the previous reviews. Looking for a good starter kit, willing to pay a bit more in return for better quality. So far, so good. Lights appear to be well made and she likes the flexibility of controlling brightness with the three lamp design. Stands are very nice (air cushioned, good fit and finish) and were easy to set up for a green screening project she did over the weekend. The lights and stands were also easy to break down and get into the included bag, though I'd add that the bag is flimsy and would unlikely provide much protection if it gets dropped.

My first lights... I needed something that I could use for a long time. In my first use, I liked the flexibility these lights offered (positioning & lighting). The stands are made well and feel very stable. They definitely improved my images. I was able to use them for backlighting as well as close up. I really looked hard for a great deal and these lights more than came through.
This set will be a good foundation to build on.

I've never used Interfit before ordering these and so far I'm impressed. The build quality is amazing, the body is mostly aluminum and it attaches to the stand well. I also like how the umbrellas attach to the lights, without using flimsy brackets like some light systems use. The light distribution is even, no hot spots from what I could tell, and the lights run pretty cool for being halogens. The stands are nice and lightweight but stable, and the air cushioning is a plus. The case is really nice to have and everything fits in it easily and snug.
