Interfit Stellar X-1000 Halogen Two-Light Twin Softbox Kit (120V)
This is an Interfit Stellar X-1000 Halogen Two-Light Twin Softbox Kit. It includes two fan-cooled floodlights with bulbs, two 24 x 24" softboxes with adapters, two light stands and a padded kit case with interior dividers. Stellar Tungsten units have tough aluminum bodies built for long life and reliable service. The quartz halogen lamps are color balanced to 3200°K enabling the fixture to be used with many other Interfit products.
The Stellar Halogen unit features an "S"-type bayonet fitting enabling the use of Stellar light modification accessories such as softboxes, or a beauty dish for portraits and fashion images. The use of honeycomb grids, color gels and snoots is not recommended as these will shorten the life of the lamps. Interfit recommends the use of 400 ISO when using continuous lighting.

I hate to say this but my cheaper Steve Kaeser kit with the same 2000 watt total output is better. Both kits let you adjust the intensity of each light. The Kaeser softboxes are much easier to assemble. Quality is better as well. One of the rod pockets on my Interfit kit was not even fully stitched. Sad I had great expectations for this kit.

Using for table top product and art photography.
Like the options low and hi power for the lights, the cooling fan is a welcome relief to super hot lights.
The number of options for softboxing the lights are helpful.
The cords could be longer and the kit could come with a power strip to plug in both cords.
