This is an Interfit Stellar Xtreme AC/DC Monolight Kit. It includes a 300 watt/second monolight, battery pack with charger and a light stand that rises to a maximum height of 8' (2.4 m).
The Stellar Xtreme has been built to full professional specifications for long life and reliable service. With an almost go anywhere battery pack you can now get that important shot in poor lighting conditions, in or outdoors. The "S" Type accessory fitting works with all Interfit accessories such as the Pro range of softboxes.
The rear control panel has the grab handle, flash and modeling lamp intensity controls, and switches that allow the choice of audible or silent recycling indication. The panel also has the modeling lamp control and the AD/DC control switch.
The battery pack may be charged while the monolight is plugged in and used with AC power. Its charger is multi-voltage (with appropriate optional adapter plug) and will recharge the battery in 6 - 8 hours. With a full charge, the battery will provide ~100 full power pops, and 300+ pops at minimum power.

Comments about Interfit Stellar Xtreme 300 Watt/Second AC/DC Monolight Kit (120VAC/12VDC):
I use this for indoor and outdoor photography.
Body feels sturdy and well assembled. It is a little Bulky when carrying two or more.
However the battery is small and light so vs other setups using batteries as big and heavy as car batteries id say the trade off is worth it.
Use a shoulder strap or carry bag and youll be fine.
I keep mine locked to the stand so setup/take down is quick and easy on public locations. Being able to go from battery to wall with a simple switch flip is a huge bonus. I use a car invertor to recharge the battery pack while driving to different locations. only real con is keeping track of the reflector cone as there is no way to attach it while using the travel cover for the bulb.

Comments about Interfit Stellar Xtreme 300 Watt/Second AC/DC Monolight Kit (120VAC/12VDC):
This monolight was used both in the studio and on location without any hitches! The battery pack , although small in size gave me more than 300 flashes at just above half out the put, and still had three bars of power left! I would definately recommend this to someone looking for a durable AC/DC monolight kit. This monolight is well put together!

Comments about Interfit Stellar Xtreme 300 Watt/Second AC/DC Monolight Kit (120VAC/12VDC):
This was exactly what I needed. I used it for an outside shoot with 3 models and 2 other Photographers. The light did really well. It fired 300+ pops on 1/3 power and I left with battery juice still left. It's made well and very sturdy construction. I liked it so much I purchased another one along with a carrying bag that holds two. The only negative thing I can say is that it's heavy. I'm thankful the carrying bag I got for it has wheels. If you plan on hiking with it or walking long distance with it you may want to reconsider. For the money it's an awesome light!

Comments about Interfit Stellar Xtreme 300 Watt/Second AC/DC Monolight Kit (120VAC/12VDC):
Periodically I need to shoot in a large atrium area that has no electrical outlets. The space taxes off-camera flash units and all my other monolights required AC power. So, I decided to try two 300w/s Stellar Xtreme kits. I couldn't be happier.
The softbox attachment system is strong and quick to set up. Interfit Octoboxes are a perfect match for these lights when shooting groups.
The Stellar Xtreme delivers and has helped to significantly improve the quality of photos in a tough, no-AC situation.

Comments about Interfit Stellar Xtreme 300 Watt/Second AC/DC Monolight Kit (120VAC/12VDC):
I bought this light for on location outdoor shoots. When I opened the box, I was surprised by the size. A little larger than I thought it would be. The included stand was a bit light weight, so I had to use one I had on hand. However, setup was easy and it performs great outdoors. I will buy another one.

Comments about Interfit Stellar Xtreme 300 Watt/Second AC/DC Monolight Kit (120VAC/12VDC):
First thing you notice about this thing off the bat is that its pretty big. After handling it a bit the size no longer matters and you set it up in no time. The casing seems solid and study. The only issue I had that held me back from giving it 5 stars is the stand it comes with is not sturdy enough for the large light. I used a heavy duty stand from impact and it does the job well.
