Avenger F301 Baby Wall Plate
The Manfrotto/Avenger F301 Baby Wall Plate enables permanent or semi-permanent mounting of your lighting fixture or grip item to a wall or other surface. It has eight drilled holes in its flat steel surface for your hardware. Its 5/8" locking Baby Receptor (16mm) is welded to the surface.

I use this with the Avenger F830 Baby Swivel Pin, 5/8" Female - 5/8" Male. It's tough and very light. I'm quite surprised really. It is easy to drill holes into to customize it even further for DIY projects. I use it with heavy speaker stands and it works like a charm. Couldn't be any more pleased with how well it's been working out for me.
