Planon has created a technical marvel, the PrintStick PS950 Portable Printer. The PS950 is a fully self contained pocket-sized printer, complete with paper and battery. At barely over 11 inches long and weighing only 1.5 pounds, the PPS950 with Bluetooth can be used almost anywhere like a car, cafe, or hotel lobby. Bluetooth connectivity provides a simple, reliable cable-free printing connection of up to approximately 300 feet (100 meters) to a laptop, Blackberry, PocketPC, or MobilePC.
Using Direct Thermal Technology, the PS950 outputs Letter-sized documents at up to 3ppm with resolution up to 600dpi. Using thermal paper, it eliminates the need for messy and expensive ink, toner, or ribbons. Supplied in convenient cartridges, the paper inside is rolled but the printer produces straight, flat sheets. The PrintStik is remarkably small, with 20 pages of paper inside making it easy to carry in a coat pocket, laptop bag, or purse.

- It uses thermal paper (so no ink or toner ever needed) in convenient cartridges that disappear into the printer; the paper inside is rolled but the printer produces straight, flat sheets. A paper-saver mode puts more printing on the page and supports partial-page printouts.

- With output resolution of up to 600dpi, the PS950 provides superior quality monochrome prints of graphics and pictures.
