The strap is very stiff, is uncomfortable when slung around the neck and it's lenght cannot be adjusted.

I would give this strap 0 stars if I could. I returned this strap after I attached it to my camcorder and tried to wear it around my neck. It was so rough and irritating to my skin that I took it off immediately. I think if anyone wore it for any period of time it would really cause a lot of pain.

Quality is far from Canon.
You cannot adjust length. One side is horrible. I knew it from previous review but still bought it because of Canon logo but even this logo is written on the soft side so when you put it on your neck it will be invisible.

The strap is very rough on the underside, if used all day my neck would be raw. Also, strap is very stiff. I don’t think the quality is up to Canon standards.
