Bose offers superb functionality with its innovative uMusic Intelligent playback system, capable of digitally storing and organizing up to 200 hours of your favorite music. This system is comprised of an integrated A/V receiver/multi-format progressive scan DVD player with an HDMI output, Gemstone speaker arrays with TrueSpace digital processing, Acoustimass bass module, and Videostage 5 Audio Decoding Circuitry. Your current DVD library will look and sound better than ever before because it's capable of upconverting your DVDs to a full 1080p high-definition experience.

On the audio end, the 3-2-1 GSX III is essentially a 24-bit digital media center that utilizes an advanced DSP technology to create independent sound fields that envelop you in an unmatched 5.1-channel Dolby Digital surround-sound experience. It features coaxial and optical digital audio connectivity, and active electronic equalization.

Moreover, multi-room expansion is possible with an optional Bose Link adapter. This powerful option enables distribution of your favorite audio selections to up to 14 additional areas throughout your home, with independent volume control for each area. Additionally, the Bose 3-2-1 GSX III includes a built-in AM/FM tuner, full-function remote control, and all cabling for system connectivity.

• uMusic Intelligent Playback System: This proprietary system digitally stores thousands of songs (up to 200 hours) in the media center, freeing you from managing a cumbersome CD collection.

• Videostage 5 Decoding Circuitry: With this proprietary Bose technology, you can enjoy five-channel surround sound from everything you play, including older TV programs and VHS tapes originally recorded in mono.

They are designed to work with home theater systems to create a larger, fuller multi-channel listening area without distorting the sound.

• High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) w/1080p Upconversion: If you're looking to pump HD video into your HDTV plasma or LCD display, this system will do the job.
