Your current DVD library will look and sound better than ever before because it's capable of upconverting your DVDs to a full 1080p high-definition experience.
On the audio end, the 3-2-1 GSX III is essentially a 24-bit digital media center that utilizes an advanced DSP technology to create independent sound fields that envelop you in an unmatched 5.1-channel Dolby Digital surround-sound experience. It features coaxial and optical digital audio connectivity, and active electronic equalization.
Moreover, multi-room expansion is possible with an optional Bose Link adapter. This powerful option enables distribution of your favorite audio selections to up to 14 additional areas throughout your home, with independent volume control for each area. Additionally, the Bose 3-2-1 GSX III includes a built-in AM/FM tuner, full-function remote control, and all cabling for system connectivity.

This is a truly great system. Easy to set-up and use. Great sound from Bose. First Bose system I have owned and now I am a real convert to Bose. The ability to store large number of CD's, make playlists and not have to have a CD player hooked up is fantastic. Great product and well worth the money.

This is a great little package with amazing sound from Bose! The set up could not have been easier with the instructional DVD that comes with the system. My guests and I am continually impressed by the sound that comes from the two Gemstone speakers and the Accoustimass module!
Movies are theater quality with crisp and clear sounds including ambient sounds within the picture. Everything from crickets chirping to rainfall and all the sounds of aircraft moving across the screen is exact and clear.
The systems ability to digitally store music allows me to play my large music library by album, artist or genre. I have even created a playlist for evening dinner parties with friends and family.
The system is not flawless. Be aware that it does not play 'all' DVD formats and there is no headphone jac for private listening. There is no 'on timer' that I use on my small executive system in my home office as an extra security measure when I'm away from home.
Overall, I am loving the Bose 3-2-1 GSX system.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in a great home theater in the box.
