Samsung TL9 Digital Camera (Black)
The Samsung TL9 Digital Camera is more than just a camera - It's an MP3 player, personal multimedia player and digital camcorder - all in one super-slim device. Not only can you take beautiful High resolution still images, capture broadcast quality video clips, and even use it as a digital audio recorder, the TL9 can also function as a personal multimedia player and MP3 Player. You'll be able to rock out to your favorite music and watch movies and videos downloaded from the web or ripped from a DVD.
With 10.2 Megapixels, and Samsung's improved processing technology, the TL9 can capture superb quality still images and those images are also optimized with the exclusive Auto Contrast Balance (ACB) feature, which will correct shadows in your image for perfect daytime or evening shots. The 5x Optical zoom lens incorporates Dual Image Stabilization, which combines the benefits of Optical Image Stabilization and Digital Image Stabilization that utilizes the cameras high ISO capability (up to ISO 3200) for outstanding pictures without blur - even under poor light.
The intelligent 2.7" LCD Display is always easy to view due to its high contrast and adjustable brightness plus the innovative and easy to read Mini-Dashboard status gauges with their cool analog look give the user important easy to read information about the camera's battery and memory status, so you'll never get caught by surprise with a dead battery or full memory card.
Other features of the TL9 include Samsung's Perfect Portrait System, which includes Face Detection, which locates faces within the frame and automatically adjusts camera settings to ensure better portraits; Blink Detection Mode, where the camera automatically ensure that subjects are captured with their eyes open; Smile Mode where a picture is automatically taken when smiles are detected, and Beauty Shot mode that provides auto facial skin retouching for a brighter and smoother skin tone.
- 10.2 Megapixel CCD
- The TL9 uses a 10.3 megapixel 1/2.33" CCD to produce high resolution images and capture all of the detail in the scene, and ensures that your pictures will be crisp and sharp - even at print sizes up to 20x30".
- 5x Optical Zoom Lens
- The 5x internal zoom lens provides for a slim, elegant camera design that is easier to use and carry. For more natural-looking pictures, each lens surface has a special coating to prevent false color and distortion and delivers outstanding picture quality. The camera also has a 5x digital zoom function that when combined with the optical zoom offers a total zoom ratio of 25x.

- The Dual image stabilization Integrates lens shifting Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) with the sophisticated algorithms of Digital Image Stabilization (DIS) to eliminate the blur caused by camera shake and deliver clear, crisp images every time, even under difficult lighting situations.

- With image sensitivity of up to ISO 3200, the Samsung TL9 will produce crystal-clear pictures with just the right amount of brightness, even when shooting moving subjects under low lighting conditions.
- Face Detection System
- The Face Detection function makes it easy for anyone to take better portrait pictures. The function allows the camera to distinguish faces from the rest of the background and automatically adjust the cameras focus to optimize the faces in the image, Then it can automatically adjust the cameras exposure settings to bring out those faces so that your portraits come out perfect every time. The Face Detection system also supports automatic red-eye removal, Blink detection and smile detection functions to ensure your portraits always look great.
- Beauty Shot Mode
- The Beauty Shot Mode is like having a professional photo retoucher right in your camera, in this mode, the camera identifies blemishes, wrinkles and errant shadows then automatically corrects for these flaws, thereby producing portraits that look like they were clipped out of a fashion magazine.
- Movie Recording and Editing
- The NV10 supports TV quality MJPEG video recording at VGA (640x480) quality and a frame rate of 30fps. Plus the built-in movie editing function allows simple, convenient movie editing on the spot.
- 2.7" LCD Screen
- The large 2.7" LCD display is easy to view from any angle, and with its advanced contrast and color reproduction capability, you'll be able to take and edit your photos effortlessly - right on the camera.

- Recycle Bin Function
- The Recycle Bin Function provides a trash folder (similar to what is found in most current PC operating systems) that will hold your deleted images until the memory card is erased, allowing you to retrieve accidentally erased images.
- Mini-Dashboard Status Gauges
- A Unique feature of the Samsung TL9 is its Mini-Dashboard. It consists of two fuel-gauge-style indicators that give the user easy to read information about the camera's battery and memory status so you'll never get caught by surprise with a dead battery or a full memory card.
