Samsung TL34HD Digital Camera (Black)
The Samsung TL34HD Digital Camera is a compact camera with a high-resolution 14.7 megapixel image sensor and a 3" touchscreen LCD. Housed in a stylish design, the point-and-shoot camera features a 3.6x Schneider zoom lens that covers a 28mm to 102mm field of view.
The TL34HD features a high-quality movie mode, which captures 720p HD video at 30 frames per second. The camera also boasts Face Detection autofocus and autoexposure, a Dual Image Stabilization system, and a maximum ISO sensitivity of 3200.
- 14.7 Megapixel Resolution
- The camera's 14.7 megapixel image sensor is able to capture images in extremely high resolution. It features rich color gradation, ensuring that your images look superb. You'll be able to make high-quality prints from the images captured by this camera, even at larger sizes.
- Wide-Angle 3.6x Optical Zoom Lens
- The camera's 3.6x zoom lens features wide-angle to telephoto coverage. It offers the equivalent field-of-view of a 28-102mm lens on 35mm film. This ensures that you'll be able to use the camera to take snapshots in confined spaces, as well as to capture objects that are far away.
- 3" Touchscreen LCD
- The TL34HD's large 3" LCD serves a dual purpose. Not only does it display images in a bright and crisp fashion, it is also a touch-screen menu system. You'll be able to adjust camera settings, via an intuitive touch-screen interface.
- 720p HD Video
- The camera can record video in 720p resolution, suitable for display on HDTVs. Video is captured at a fluid 30 frames per second.
- Dual Image Stabilization System
- The TL34HD features an advanced Dual Image Stabilization System. This features both optical and digital stabilization, ensuring that pictures are crisp and clear, even when using the camera in less-than-ideal lighting conditions.
- Face Detection
- The camera's Face Detection mode helps to improve the quality of snapshots. It works to properly focus on faces, as well as to adjust exposure. This helps when taking photos with the sun behind your subject.
- Recycle Bin
- The camera's Recycle Bin function ensures that you won't accidentally delete a precious image. Rather than removing deleted images from the memory card, it simply moves them into a trash folder. These will be kept until you 'take out the trash' by erasing the memory card.
- Internal and Expandable Memory
- The camera features 40MB of internal memory for image storage. This can be expanded via the Secure Digital slot, which also supports high-capacity SDHC memory.
