Used to attach a 7" Marshall LCD monitors onto cameras. Supports the monitors well. Fits into hotshoe well. Parts are mostly metal with solid thumb-tighteners. Stays on tight.

I use this arm to mount my Marshall monitor onto my AG-HVX204 camera. First of all it is super flexible and sturdy. Great quality!

Comments about Noga DG14CA-SA Cinematic Arm with Hot Shoe:
Great powerful cine arm that locks well. Really heavy, bulky shoe adapter makes this thing heavy!
The idea was to mount something off to the side of the camera but this nearly tips the thing over.

Holds my 8" HD Monitor and connects it to my rod system. There are a million ways to adjust it and tweak it until it's just right!

Comments about Noga DG14CA-SA Cinematic Arm with Hot Shoe:
Very solid when locked in place. I could have benefited from an arm providing more length personally, and the DVX hotshoe seemed a bit strained and wobbly with the added weight of a monitor on the arm, but that's a camera limitation. The arm itself is extremely solid and versitle, you may want to attach it to a rod system, which works great for me.
