Comments about Digital Concepts MP-625 Multimedia Player:
I purchased two of these and neither one worked. I don't understand why such a reliable outfit as B&H would even be selling these. I'd really like B&H to find a working product that performs the same tasks as this thing claims to do. I'd definitely buy it!

Comments about Digital Concepts MP-625 Multimedia Player:
I ordered this product because you don't need a computer. You just connect it to your TV. The first unit I received worked beautifully with an SDHC with photos. Then I tried an SD card with videos (recorded in MPEG2 format)and could not get it to play the videos. I really wanted this unit to work because of its simplicity. I returned it and received another unit. This unit wouldn't power up so I returned this unit also. The instruction booklet is rather vague especially in the trouble shooting section. As for the technical support number. You would be better off calling your plumber. And That's not meant to offend plumbers. These people didn't have a clue as to what I was asking them. They put me on hold 4 times, and kept asking what the "exact" problem was. I just hung up. I gave this 1 star only because of the concept. The photos showed excellent also
