We are especially happy to use this as a low cost 11x17 scanner/copier. It works nicely as a fax machine too. We are still trying to wade through all the various functions to streamline our usage but are happy with it's performance and quality for the price point.

Very useful all in one printer. Good tech support for answering questions on set up. Use it in our small business office and has replaced two printers that I used to use. No issues jamming, or going down. Recommended highly for business use. Only down side is size, but that is to be expected with a printer that prints in larger paper sizes.

I use this printer for a multitude of graphics printing jobs, 50% of which are done on 11 X 17 paper. The print quality is excellent and it is nice to get a reasonably priced printer that can accommodate 11 X 17 projects.

The tray is slightly flimsy, but it's a minor quibble.

All in all this is a nice printer.

Great for scanning anything that doesn't fit on a typical-sized all-in-one. Setup was easy, print quality is very good. Getting ready to order another for the office. I agree with some comments on the paper trays, but my expectations at this price point wouldn't be the same as a much more expensive printer.

This printer is easy to set up and easy to use. Additionally the color/ output is on par with other manufacturers. It is a little flimsy thus I only gave it 4 stars. Also it is not as fast as others but serves my purpose. For the price its very good.

I have been using the printer for 1.5 months now. Performing as expected. Good office product that will allow for decent color documents on regular paper. Scanning software is not the best and easiest to control. I'm a MAC person and I get spoiled with the ease of MAC products.

Printer unit can be smaller. Double paper trays with adjustable paper sizes is very convenient. Haven't tried manual feed yet.

I would recommend this unit for small office users who require 11x17 printing. Otherwise, there are less expensive units that are smaller and can outperform. Wireless capability is a bonus and very convenient.

I wanted a printer that had the ability to two things 1) Print 11x17 - does great 2) Fax - has worked great.

I have this set up on my wireless network within my office and have no issues with the unit. I have enjoyed having it so far.

The overall machine seems to be quality but the trays are incredibly flimsy. I doubt they will last a year. The instructions are quite poor. Auto-Select-Tray doesn't work at all. We can't get a letter size document to not print on 11 x17" paper unless we specify the proper tray first. The color is okay, not great. I hope it vastly improves when we get the glossy Brother brand paper. If not, we'll probably return this printer.

great multipurpose printer for home/small office use. Set up went smoothly and quickly and both a Mac and a PC easily access the printer using a wireless network. So far, we are happy with it. Would have given it more stars, but haven't had a chance to try all of its functions. Paper tray does feel a bit flimsy, but we don't anticipate high volume usage, so it should be fine for us.

I use this printer for home office and personal printing. The wireless feature works great allowing me to print from my laptop or the desktop without the hassle of cables. The dual trays are a fantastic time saver by eliminating the need to switch out types of paper. The wide format screen for scanning and printing is one of the reasons I selected this particular model. The print quality is so much better than previous printers I have owned. Overall this printer has every features I need for my home based business and personal printing.

2 paper trays are a big advantage. Wireless network is even sweeter, as we can move from 1 end of the office to the other. And we keep finding work to scan rather than filling up file cabinets.

I have already printed 8.5x11 and 11x17, both color and b&w. I have scanned both sizes. I have used the card reader as well. All worked as advertised. The drivers are quite flexible. The ink loaded easily and the four cartridge setup promises to save money.
I should add that I installed the drivers only so I cannot comment on the other software provided. The two trays are great. I have not tried the document feeder (too scared).
