When my butetooth adapter arrived, it was a few days before I could schedule the time to install it. I was delighted when I did install it to find that it took much less time than I'd feared. I bought it to hotsync my Palm handheld because Windows 7 doesn't support USB hotsync.I'm using Windows 7 and Office 2010. Once I got it installed and made all the arrangements; I got the message that Hot sync manager doesn't work with Outlook 2010. I haven't had time to try to get that straightened out; but that's not the fault of the adaptor, which does seem to work very well with other applications[...]I would certainly recommend them to a friend or family.

I'm having difficulty getting my Wacom tablet to find the device. I had to go through the set up a few times too. I'm hoping that once I start getting other devices hooked up that it'll work.
Meanwhile, I love the fact that it's tiny and I can lug my laptop around with it on. My last bluetooth adapter got bent b/c it stuck out too far.
So, all in all, it's as cute as a button and am hoping that the connection problem is just user error.

Installation on windows 7 - plug and play. Applicacion installed from the cd, it took a couple of minutes, but it started working inmediately. It detected my bluetooth ear-piece with no problem.

PROS: This is the second one I purchased, one each for two of my laptops. It works great for both Microsoft and Logitech Bluetooth products as compared with some other brands that did not work so well or at all.

The IOGEAR bluetooth adapter works well. It allows me to transfer pictures from a Tracphone LG420G to my computer. The phone has limited capability and this is the only method I have found to save the pictures to my computer. If you have an XP operating system, I recommend down loading the XP driver from IOGEAR and following those instructions before you install the adapter.

I bought this adapter to interface with my Pantech Breeze II phone so I could maintain my contacts list with a PC application and also move pictures from the phone to my PC. I'm very satisfied and the price was right. I'm running Vista and installation was a non issue, it just worked.
The adapter is very small, about the size of my thumbnail.
