The Acrobat 9 Pro Extended Software for Windows from Adobe is the software suite used to create industry-standard PDF documents. PDF, or Portable Document Format, allows you to distribute documents that display the same on any computer screen or printout. This ensures that readers will view your documents as you intended them.
The Extended edition of Acrobat includes support for 3D objects and other rich media types. As such, it includes several tools not found in the standard version of the software. These include Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES, Adobe Presenter, Adobe 3D Reviewer, and the Adobe 3D Capture utility for UNIX.
