The RangeMax Dual Band Wireless-N USB Adapter for Windows from Netgear is a USB device that adds draft 802.11n, 802.11a, 802.11g, and 802.11b wireless networking to your computer. "N" wireless networking allows for transfer rates that are many times faster than that of 802.11a/g devices, making it an ideal solution for performance intensive networks where slower speeds are insufficient. This is a great way to add wireless networking capabilities to your computer.

Comments about Netgear RangeMax Dual Band Wireless-N USB Adapter for Windows:
I was hoping for a simple "plug&play" solution, but unfortunatelly it is not that. The "WPS" button to help it connect didn't work either. The blue led was on, but nothing else.
Maybe I've got a bad copy, but it just simply
DID NOT WORK!

Comments about Netgear RangeMax Dual Band Wireless-N USB Adapter for Windows:
I have these with a rangemax dgnd3300 dual band modem wireless n router, designed to work with these devices. I could not get them to work via windows xp software with security, when I finally hade security enabled you could not use more than one connected at a time without losing connectivity, I disabled sleep and power saving, still no effect and even downgraded to wireless g. I would not buy these again, and the only reason I have not sent them back is the wait and I do not have all the stuff that came in the box with them. horrible product, bought 2, 2 separate computers same lousy reliability. do not use if wired is at all an option. "one of the worst products I have ever bought"
