It's a faily light camera that is enjoyable to use. I am proud to show everyone this camera due to its slim/compact design, its colour, its touchsreen and its effects. I love the smile shutter effect since it catches anyone who never likes to smile in front of a camera when they least expect it. The slideshow viewer with background music is great and the picture quality is excellent. The only minor thing I would add to this camera is perhaps the rotation concept where you rotate the camera either horizontally or vertically,and it automatically flips the photo you are viewing accordigly so you don't have to press the flip button. Other than than, I am greatly satisfied with this product and am proud to have a not only gorgeous-looking camera, but also a great quality one:)

this is my first sony digital camera and i love it! i bought this sony point and shoot for its 4GB internal memory feature mostly, but i was a little nervous about its touch screen feature. taking a page out of apple's user friendly technology book, this camera is extremely easy to program! think of it as an iphone with a carl zeiss lens! there are plenty of cool accessories from sony for the DSC-T700 too!
my only issue with the DSC-T700 is its tiny size. i have big hands and it takes a little practice to hold the camera without blocking the lens. it's also very easy to see a lot of fingerprints on the touch screen when the camera is held at the proper angle, but the fingerprints don't interfere with viewing photos or the shooting menus.
this sony point and shoot camera replaces my 4 year old fuji Z1 5.1 megapixel point and shoot digital camera.

I keep the camera in my purse at all times to catch moments of my nephew and out with my friends. It's so easy and convenient!I love how easy it is to use and it is very easy to upload/print the pictures. The one thing that isn't so great is the LCD gets smudges, but I'm getting a stylus so that should help. But overall I love that I chose this camera!!

Picture quality very good for the novice photographer. Fun camera! Cute. Easy to use; however, due to size...fingers get in the way of picture taking at times. Videos of good quality. Unfortunately not compatible with USB. Sony has own cables provided. Buy a case when buying this camera. Case not included. You will want to protect this great looking camera! Excited to continue to use and discover new features. I enjoy the touch screen. My fiance is a semi-pro photographer and is VERY IMPRESSED with the camera despite his initial research on it.
