Sony Two-Year Advanced Exchange Program for UPD-X100
The Two-Year Advanced Exchange Program for UPD-X100 from Sony is a special warranty program for UPD-X100 printers that are a part of the UPX-C200 Digital Photo System. The standard warranty for the UPD-X100 includes (1) year of coverage for parts and (90) days coverage for labor. But this warranty extension provides (2) years of comprehensive coverage, including full repair-and-labor and advanced-exchange coverage. This coverage begins at the date of purchase.
The program also includes (2) years of toll-free telephone support and technical assistance. If phone support cannot resolve your issue, you are entitled to a replacement Passport Photo System under the advanced exchange program. The exchange unit will be made available the next business day if your call is placed by 7:30 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.
