Bring high-quality sound anywhere for any application with Roland's MOBILE CUBE. This pint-sized, battery powered marvel produces 5W of stereo sound combined with Roland's legendary FX engine. Multiple input options includes guitar, keyboard, microphone, or even portable media player. Practice singing or soloing with the center cancel feature which essentially removes the vocals or solos from any given track being played through the 3.5mm or stereo RCA input.

I bought this to use for street performances. It works perfectly with my little lap harp. Makes it sound like a concert harp with the effects and stereo. It's a professional device, but it does not defy the laws of physics. You're not going to blast out the neighborhood with it. It would be nice if they included an 'audio out' port so two or more of them could be linked together like a PA.

Brilliant sound from such a little box! For the weight and size, it's hard to beat the decibels. Great sound device for an on-the-go DJ, parties, or use as just a iPod docking unit.
Battery life is acceptable. But I would highly recommend getting some Ni-MH rechargeable AA batteries and charging them each time before use. Especially if you play your music loud. Otherwise, the power cord (sold separately) is a necessity.
The only tiff I have with the unit is that you cannot adjust the sound settings for an AUX input. Not even the volume.

I bought this amp in my continual quest to lighten the weight of gear I must lug to a gig, as well as for outdoor busking.
I used it last week to provide live background music at a dinner event for ~75 people in a large high-ceilinged conference room. I mounted the amp on a mic stand.
I was particularly pleased that I did not need to use a preamp between my Shure dynamic headset mic and the amp. In addition to the mic I also ran an acoustic guitar and a violin to the mono instrument input (via a Fishman Pocket Blender preamp to mix them).
The sound was excellent, reaching the far side of the room easily (before it became packed with people), and attendees complimented us for it being an appropriate level. The built-in reverb added a nice touch.
