Factory Installation Only
The Double Stacking Filter PSM40 from Coronado comes with a 40 mm H-Alpha narrowband filter and a T-Max tuner. Designed for use with a Coronado PST (Personal Solar Telescope), the PSM40 is 'double-stacked' onto the PST to allow a more narrow bandpass (≈0.5 Å) - this results in a dramatic increase in visible details such as prominences and surface features.
This filter is not a stand-alone unit - it must be used with the secondary interference filter found on a PST.
Note! The PSM40 is not to be installed by the end-user - it must be installed by Coronado's skilled technicians at the Coronado factory.
