You'll never get lost again with the Bushnell GPS BackTrack Digital Compass (Camo) that utilizes GPS technology. BackTrack has only two buttons and stores up to three locations - just mark it and forget it until it's time to return. At the end of the day, select your location and the BackTrack displays direction and distance in either Imperial or metric. Use it to find your car in a crowded parking lot, your treestand or the trailhead, even to rendezvous with your group. It's extremely compact and stows conveniently in your pocket, pack or purse.
BackTrack's especially useful at places such as parking lots, malls, stadiums, parks, and festivals. The BackTrack is powered by 2 AAA batteries, has a self calibrating digital compass, and is weather resistant.

I use this GPS when I go into the woods. I set it when I leave the van, turn it off and walk away. When it get's dark, I turn it on and follow the arrow, it always leads me back to the van. Love It.

The backtrack is an accurate easy to use GPS. One can simply leave it in car so that you always have access if you are going to shop at several locations as it will always guide you back to you car. When on vacation with the family the directional challenged member can always make it back to a pre-determined meeting place. The backtrack is also useful for hunting for those who go to their stand prior to daylight in order to be set up before daylight. If you decide to wander during the day the unit will always guide you back to the stand and to your car in the late evening of semi-darkness. I have discovered that I have more than one family member that is directionally challenged, so I will be buying two more in the near future. One can carry the backtrack in their pocket, purse, or around their neck to protect against loss.

Been playing with the Backtrack for a few days and found it very accurate most of the time. Directional arrow is sometimes erratic but generally points in the right direction. Gets a good signal and seams to measure distance well. I have marked a spot in my parking lot and it always says 0 yards. in that spot. Great gadget!
