This ACW Hensel Beauty Dish Reflector is a 22" (56 cm) diameter white reflector that fits all EH Series Hensel flash heads. A Beauty Dish generates a natural reflection in the eyes of your subject making it ideal for portraiture, weddings, fashion and children.

Bought this and I really like how you can slip any degree 7" grid in place of the deflector. Only con is it doesn't have a very high output.
