The Polaroid CZA-10011 POGO Instant Mobile Printer is designed to print photos wirelessly using a Bluetooth-enabled camera phone. The printer uses OBEX (object exchange profile) Bluetooth in the phone and the printer to allow for instant printing of your images.
The printer itself is scarcely larger than a mobile phone, making it easy to transport or store. It is designed to work with packs of Kodak's ZINK photo paper, which must be purchased separately.

I was doing a ministry project with orphans out of the country and needed a photo printer to take with me. Many times orphans don't have any photos of themselves or the teams that come to visit them, and while many teams promise to give them pictures most do not. I wanted to be different.
The Pogo Instant Mobile Printer enabled me to fulfill my promises to these precious children. I took pictures on my Blackberry Storm and then using the printer's bluetooth function, I was able to wirelessly print about 80 pictures for the kids.
The printer is easy to use and very cost effective. One should note that the color will be off on the prints, that the printer can only print about 15 prints without being plugged in, and that when the printer gets hot the colors will streak. I found that refeeding the blue printer paper every few photo sheets when the printer got hot would stop the streaking problem. Other than that, I highly recommend this product and fully intend on purchasing 2 more for the use of other orphanages and also to take with me to Africa where people are too poor to afford photos of their families.
This gadget is a wonderful idea and provides wonderful possibilities. There is room for improvement, but like I said, I am still going to purchase 2 more Pogos.

I use a lot of photos in my journal and purchased this item thinking it would making journalling more convenient and less expensive, with no more money wasted on ink cartridges for my pictures. Unfortunately, I found I was much better of sticking with my Inkjet printer and HP photo paper. Mind you, I do not have an actual photo printer and do not use high quality photo ink, just a regular printer with glossy paper and regular, tri-color ink. Even so, the quality of what I can do with that is far greater than what I found with the PoGo.
For compatibility and convenience, it certainly gets an A. It works with both of my digital cameras as well as the Bluetooth device in my laptop. The photos print at a decent speed, taking about 1 minute each, and the sticky back is definitely a plus -- but none of this is enough to make up for the poor quality. I tested a few different types of images, and here is my assessment of each:
BLACK-AND-WHITE
The lighting was off, with parts of the photo appearing very washed out. The image was grainy and seemed to have a very poor resolution although the PoGo produces very small prints and I've printed this same photo before at 8 x 10 in. with no problem regarding the resolution. Parts of the image also had a blue tint in the lighting, but the original image was completely desaturated. This was the first photo I printed, and I assumed the PoGo would preform better with other images.
I tried another black-and-white photo for good measure, this time with more midtones. Despite the original's crisp quality and high resolution, the image lacked the same sharpness and seemed, once again, very grainy and washed out. Whiter parts of the image looked completely bleached out while darker parts of the image were also significantly lacking in the range of tone.
COLOUR
I then tried a few colour images hoping for improvement, but again the white balance was off, parts of the photos appeared completely washed out, the imagea were grainy, and the colour looked very different from the original photos. One photo had a warm overcast and came out looking very orange, with parts of the photo looking bright red, and another photo had more blue tones, with the image looking as washed out as the first two black-and-white photos.
Overall, I love the idea of the PoGo, but Polaroid was clearly too quick to get it out on the market. I knew going into this that the prints would be small and not exactly top quality, but not like this. I've Xeroxed better-looking images. As of now, this product is simply not worth it.

I think this is the most compact printer out there. I take it mostly on trips to Africa, Cuba and other 3rd world countries where the people don't have many photos of themselves. Take a photo and make an instant print to give away and it opens doors with people normally shy about getting their photo taken. Does the job but the battery life is terrible. Can't even get 10 prints. Battery is internal so you can't carry a spare. The charger is almost bigger then the printer and requires an AC outlet. A bettter design would have replaceable / extra batteries and a USB charger for easy on the road recharging. I would rate it higher if it wasn't for the very poor battery life.

Nice little printer...so far very happy with the prints...remember they are snap shot quality not photoshop quality...only reason I gave it a 4/5 is it doesn't process apple photo files you have to down load them to a windows machine first to convert the files

This is a fun printer to use with your digital camera. It is great for kids' parties when you want instant pictures. Kids like the printer since the printed pictures have a peel-off sticky back. At the price of the printer and the paper are inexpensive and works well as a bridge between digital and instant film cameras. Yes it is noisy, the images can be streaky, (just clean the heads as instructed), the printer noisy and the color values may be slightly askew. Consider the price point of the printer, the price of the paper and the portability of the printer, no one can beat it.

Easy to use and easy to set up, just make sure the printer is fully charged before use. I used it to print instant pictures for my wedding guest book, having guests sign beside their photo. The prints are much better than the Polaroid instant photos from my childhood. It takes about a minute for each picture to print, so it is a little time consuming.

I wish it would work with my iPhone but I know it's not the printers fault. Right out of the box u can can feel the pogo has a great build quality one that I didnt expect as well as a good size for portability. I was really happy with it up intil I started printing. The image quality was poor I didn't think it was gunna blow my mind but I expected decent pictures. At first I thought maybe it's my camera (a d90) so used my computer and sent a pictures through Bluetooth and no change. The images where at least 10-30 percent darker and horrible with black and white and the color representation was bad and some of the pictures where coming out scraped which was a lil frustrating as well and I was using the regular pogo paper which I bought like 10 pack for an art project tried other phones and other cameras like a canon powershot and a sonyericson but nothing changes. It also gets hot if u print a few pics right after another as in 3 it's started getting pretty hot. But the I love the sticky back paper the printer quality is just for fine for printing those pictures you take with your friends from your phones front facing camera

I used it for my missionary work in Honduras very happily. Its instant print gave their people lots fun and delight even though its overall quality is not like a other typical one. Only concern is very short charging time (approximately 10 sheets per a charge). It gives some difficulty to make more prints for somewhere having no electricity. However I would recommend someone who is going to have an instant printed material on your hand right after shooting. It gives a great fun!

I hooked it up to my Cannon 5d to print "Test Shots" to hand out to friends at a party.
It produces small sticky backed images. Considering that there is no ink involved, it does produce a punchy image. With the peel and stick prints I see a lot of creative applications since refill paper is cheap.
Cons:
Relatively slow. Short battery life, but comes with a/c cord.

Sure it won't give the best, accurate results. But it's fun, easy-to-use, unpredictable, and CHEAP for what it does. If you want professional-looking prints out of a printer, I suggest you look elsewhere. Don't take the POGO too seriously.

This is a really fun device - ideal for a party or for travel. Within 2 minutes you can give a small picture with your new frieds to them right on the spot! Pics from your phone or camera. Though the pics are small and the color not quite accurate, it records the moment at the moment.
It's not expensive, but it's definitely a luxury item (not an essential).
Drawback: the power cord brick is bigger than the printer. Seriously, that's ridiculous Polaroid!

The product is amazing if you need to get pictures developed instantly, However, the documentation provided by Polaroid is probably the worst I've ever seen. 1. The pamphlet with set up instructions was poorly written and the font is 2 point...virtually unreadable.2. The CD cover states PC/MAc compatible, yet the disk only provides software for PCs...though you don't need anything for Macs3. The documentation indicates you can transfer pics to the printer wirelessly from your phone. [...] it doesn't work with an iphone.

This is a great little gadget to keep handy - people love it in social settings...and it's fun to actually hold a photo in your hand for a change! I used this on a trip to print photos to give as gifts. Kids and adults liked them. I like that the ink is in the paper and the unit is small. I also like that it is different and the photos are also stickers. I think it is great for printing photos that would look good as a wallet sized photo. From my experience the streaking issue largely depends on the freshness of the printer paper you get. I bought the papers from 2 different websites and there was a big difference in the amount of streaks I got.

I recently bought a droid and found that this gadget would work with my bluetooth feature. I had my doubts about this being an easy task - - - technology is never as easy as the manufacturer says.
