I've been buying these to protect my 3 Integras for the past 5 years. They last a few shoots and then the small strip of plastic (where the little clip comes in) always breaks.
Why don't they use a metal ring on the bottom so it is stronger? Or a different material? I'm sick of re-buying them.
Another design tip: Make it bigger to accommodate the glass dome underneath so they don't have to be removed at each shoot.

Original cap may have been a bit thinner. I expect the replacement to hold up better under my abuse.
