The Vixen Optics Camera Platform Adapter converts the top of the HAL110 & HAL130 tripods to a 1/4"-20 threaded post. This is primarily offered in case you want to mount the Vixen PORTA mount on to these tripods, but can also be used if you want to mount any other device with a 1/4"-20 threaded female socket to the top of the HAL110 & HAL130.
