The GG&G QD Low Mount is designed for use with ITT's 6015 and PVS14 night vision monoculars. With this mount your NVD can be employed as part of a nighttime weapon sighting system.
The QD (Quick Detach) ring mount facilitates optical co-alignment with front-mounted night vision compatible sighting systems, such as the Aimpoint Comp M2 and EOTech's HOLOsights.
With a properly configured combination of components, this QD mount ensures that the sight picture of an ITT PVS-14 will clear the front sight post of an AR15/M16. The assembly will also have sufficient clearance over A2 style back-up iron sights.
- Compatible with MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny mounting rails, GG&G FIRE System mounts
- Manufactured from ordnance steel and aerospace aluminum with a Mil-Spec finish
- Remains attached to the NVD at all times, interfaces with the weapon's mount in seconds. It is not required to remove the QD mount for head or helmet mounting.
