The ATI TV Wonder HD 600 PCI TV Tuner from Diamond allows you to receive over-the-air HDTV broadcasts right onto your desktop. The tuner features a PCI interface for installation.
The TV Wonder HD also supports standard definition broadcast and cable television signals, making it an extremely versatile solution. You'll even be able to capture analog video from an S-Video or composite source. The tuner allows you to watch, record and playback recorded video, making it an excellent addition to your Media Center PC.
- HDTV Tuner
- This expansion card adds an HDTV tuner to your computer, letting you take full advantage of the high-quality format. Network HDTV broadcasts are available over the air for free in most areas. In many cases, all you'll have to do is connect an HDTV antenna to the card to receive the signal.
- PVR Functionality
- The tuner comes bundled with ATI Catalyst Media Center software, which features an electronic programming guide. Users can schedule TV recording based on this guide, or simply record live TV with the click of a button.
- Electronic Program Guide
- The included electronic program guide software allows you to view a grid of available television programming. This gives you an extreme amount of power in scheduling recordings and also helps make you aware of what programming is available at a glance.

This was purchased for my son to hook his wii up to his computer. He is still having a few problems, lag time, delay are the biggest. I forgot that OEM means "no software", even though the purchase page said there was a cd in the box. It had been a while since I purchased computer parts. If we can get rid of the delay, it will work for what it was purchased for. Other than that it works as it should.
