1) Wanted to replace used SoundBlaster 32bit that crackled (WINXPHome SP1 standalone)
2) Sound Card is sys req for Windows Movie Maker 2
3) Was concerned about 16bit vs 32bit but no probs
4) Driver loaded easily from CD w/o install of SW
5) I'm not audiophile but for my purpose card is worth twice the price
