The Ikegami HPM-9050 is a high definition monochrome monitor with 800 TV lines of Horizontal resolution. Switching power supply circuitry provides a wider range of supply voltages, The HPM-9050 is ideally suited for use in applications such as signal monitoring and adjustment for video equipment installed in broadcasting facilities.
- Switching Power Supply
- The HPM-9050 has switching power supply circuitry. It provides a wider range of power supply voltages so the unit may be installed in studios throughout the world. The monitor requires AC voltage ranging from 100 to 240 volts, 50 or 60 Hz environments. It consumes approximately 60 watts.
- Switchable Aspect Ratio
- This Iky monitor has a switch on its front panel for selecting native aspect ratio scanning. When it is fed a widescreen signal you can select the 16:9 aspect mode. When fed a conventional signal you should switch to 4:3 aspect ratio. This allows for accurate waveform and vectorscope readings and more realistic underscan/overscan monitoring.
