The Holga 35C camera is desired by art photographers the world over. Reminiscent of the Diana camera of the 1960s and 70s, characteristic vignetting focuses the viewer's eye and adds to visual impact.
This camera is similar to the Holga 120N version except the 35C has a cable release adapter built-in to the shutter lease button.
A Holga has four focus marks on the lens barrel. Simply rotate the barrel to the setting that most closely corresponds to your situation. Feel free to use your own setting that might fall between these icons.

Comments about Holga 35C 35mm Camera with Built-in Lens:
I use this all around, in town, on trips.
I love the price, but you do get what you pay for. In my case not having a flash was not a big deal, and you can always order one later. This camera is super fun to experinent with, and I love messing around with double exposures!
No bad qualities.

I am trying to use different cameras. So I like to use analogic and digital cameras. I bought 2 holgas cameras, one for me and one for a friend.

This camera is great for a beginner film or lomography photographer. It's great to take on walks, lightweight and sturdy, this camera is great for any day use. I love taking my Holga wherever I go, it fits conveniently in all my purses and bags, and it's great for experimenting with it.

Comments about Holga 35C 35mm Camera with Built-in Lens:
This little camera is pretty cool however it doesn't have the same artsy qualities on the 120 Holga. When you hit the focus dead on (which is hard) it's surprisingly sharps. Works well with pocket wizards which was a good surprise.

Comments about Holga 35C 35mm Camera with Built-in Lens:
This camera makes great basic photos.
Light leaks in somewhat which gives it a great artsy effect.
The double exposure is fun and the manual controls work well.
This is like an artistic version of the disposable camera with more capability and replaceable film.

Comments about Holga 35C 35mm Camera with Built-in Lens:
Perfect for snap shots. I just bought this about a month ago and took it on a trip, travels nice and light. It's pretty simple and basic which is good if you haven't used a manual before, but i wish I had a little more control. I used it mostly in the day but some of the pictures as it got to be dusk didn't turn out so well. Overall, I like what I see.

Comments about Holga 35C 35mm Camera with Built-in Lens:
It's what you'd expect from a Holga. Low quality pictures but in a good way. This is exactly why I bought the camera in the first place. Really expands your way of looking at photographs and slowing down to actually look at what you're taking pictures of rather than dealing so much with camera controls.

Comments about Holga 35C 35mm Camera with Built-in Lens:
I love this camera because it is small, portable and not too precious to tote with me to any party, or event. It's got that Holga look to the film (vibrant color, unpredictability, etc) but because it is a 35mm it is much easier to buy and develop film conveniently. As an art student this camera gives me great opportunity to experiment.[...]

Comments about Holga 35C 35mm Camera with Built-in Lens:
I really wanted to get into fun aspects of photography. In my area there are very limited choices of film development for 120/220 film and even then it is pricey. Not having any schooling in development, I rely on commercial processing. I was happy to find the option of the Holga 35mm. I am only on my second roll, but it has lots of possibilities and I am having a good time learning the capabilities of the camera. The filter sets may be next on my list.
I would recommend to anybody who wants the fun of a plastic lens camera but the affordability of easy film development. You must remember that this is only a plastic camera and care should be taken with it.

We love our holgas and we are not alone. I work primarily with digital and the holga introduces so much beyond my control. Be sure to check out the modifications that people make on them.
