The Holga 135PC Pinhole Camera is a lens-less camera that has a tiny pinhole in the front. It is operated by pressing the shutter release, holding it open for however long you choose and making long exposures. Don't worry about focus decisions at all.
Make long exposures at night (several hours) or short ones (1 second), but first make the decision about how long to keep the lens open. And using a tripod is a must for these type of long exposures.
Because of its ability to deliver extensive depth-of-field, the foreground and background will almost always be in focus. Images will be soft focus, with a dreamlike quality about them. Use any type film with this camera, be it color, slide, or b&w film.

Comments about Holga 135PC 35mm Pinhole Camera:
um...it's a box...with a hole...how hard is it to screw that up?
the only thing to keep in mind is that the shutter release has a cable release screw built into it for a reason. USE A CABLE RELEASE WITH THIS CAMERA!

Comments about Holga 135PC 35mm Pinhole Camera:
I've shot two rolls of film throught this camera and it's great...for what it is. Don't buy this expecting to get some equivalent of a more robust film camera, because that's not what it claims to be.
This is a nicely designed, mostly plastic 35mm pinhole camera. The fun in pinhole photography is the unexpected results, and while this camera wont give you much in terms of optical effects (shaded corners, bent image, etc) it's still great fun to experiment with.
I suggest pinhole photography, and this camera, for anyone wanting to have fun and absolutely master the basic of photography.
