The SanDisk ImageMate Multi-Card USB 2.0 Reader/Writer lets you quickly, easily, and securely transfer pictures, music documents and any other type of data to your computer. It has slots for Secure Digital (SD/SDHC)/MultiMediaCards, Memory Stick & xD-Picture cards and provides data transfer speeds of up to 30MB/second. This attractively designed reader/writer has a sophisticated tech look and can be easily detached from the metal stand for easy portability.
Note! Does not support CF (CompactFlash) cards.

Love this little multi-card reader. At first I had trouble loading my files into my computer and then,,,duh, I decided to read the instructions. This was a little different than some I have used but once I read the instructions,everything came togather. Fast,easy and looks cute sitting on my desk watching me. At least that what it feels like. Excellent product.

Small, Sleek and actually WORKS flawlessly. The only thing I'd change is either omit the stand entirely, or find a way to "clip" it one more permanently rather than using a tiny magnet. I ended up just using epoxy to have the stand stick to the reader permanently .

this reader is much faster than the internal generic multicard reader I was using. This one is 4 times faster. I like the magnetic clip on the bottom to hold it in place on the metal stand.

If you use an SD card-reader often and want one that will sit on your desk, this is the one you want. I'm glad I bought it. Keep in mind, it's smaller than it looks online. I don't care how small you think it is. When you receive it, you'll be surprised that it's smaller than you thought! Also, the stand looks plastic in pictures online. It's not. It's a great heavy metal. Combine the small size with the great little (but heavy and very stable) stand, and you've got a winner.

I had an older DAZZLE memory card reader and it couldn't handle my new 4GB SanDisk Ultra and I was soon getting a CANON SX1 IS and I was going to get an 8GB EXTREME card for it so I knew I had to upgrade the reader. I became aware of the SanDisk ImageMate Multi-Card USB 2.0 Reader/Writer and bought it. It is a small, rectangular almost flat device with an LED that flashes when the device is being used. Shooting at 10MP downloading the images was fast. Same thing for video. I have simple needs and this card reader performs beyond my expectations. It works, I'm happy and I certainly recommend it to everyone. It's a keeper and you'll be glad you bought it. My only complaint is that it has a shiny surface that allows dust to accumulate. If it is remade with a matte surface, dust won't be so visible.

This card reader should be recommended every time a customer buys a card of greater than 2 GB. I was going on a trip and had bought a 16 GB card for my digital camera. when I got home I discovered that my card reader wasn't fast enough to read it, so I ordered the ImageMate Multi -Card USB 2.0 Reader/writer by San Disk. I couldn't see my pics until it arrived. Once it came I plugged in and used with no problems, wish they had told me about it when I had bought the 16MB card. I would have ordered it at the same time.

The suggestion is that it handles ALL popular cards. The two MOST popular are SD and CF.
Highly recommend for the formats it does support, just be sure you get the "All in one" if using compact flash.
